The 1 Law of Writing: Free to use

THE LAW OF WRITING!

Writing is directly proportional to your emotions that you write with.

A passage gives a lot more than just the substance it holds when it is emotionally illuminated.

THE LAW OF WRITING FROM A MOVIE

This law was pointed out in Finding Forrester, a movie about a writer and the craft of writing.

Its poster of the movie finding forrester, where both the pupil and the teacher are walking together with a bicycle.

The underlying law in the movie, from the lens of the story, is highlighted when the protagonist thinks whilst writing. The law here is first pointed out with this statement, “Your first draft is always from your heart”.

Moving forward, you can edit the treatise meticulously but in the process of editing; mind is diligently involved, so the essence of emotions is lost.

Everything becomes technical and adjudged on technicalities. All average writers after learning this law have ruled the world.

To me when Ryan Holiday says, that he does not know where the book’s draft gonna take him while writing or preparing for it, is somewhat the same thing.

You know where you want to go, but you find a way to that place through a journey of writing from your heart.
